At MLPL, we strive to provide high-quality digital experiences. However, we understand that things may not always work out. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Digital Courses (Self-Paced)
Refund Window:
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
Technical issues that prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Duplicate payments or accidental multiple charges.
2. Live Workshops/Webinars
Cancellations: Allowed up to 48 hours before the event.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations: No refund will be processed.
3. Refund Method
All refunds (if approved) will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and will be refunded within 7–10 business days and will get credited to the original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds.

All refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MLPL reserves the right to make the final decision regarding approval or denial of any refund request. The management’s decision will be final and binding in all such matters.
